Overall reliability

Excellent

Had previous gen and this either equals or betters it in every respect.

Best bits
Seating versatility improved, flipping, headrests etc
Lighting - adaptive LEDS amazing
Entertainment good - dab, USB, ipod etc
Stuff for kids in back - 240V chargers, sun screens, seat back tables, aircon vent

Worst bits
Economy 44mpg should be better. Competition 5-10mpg better I think
Sync 2 - WIFI hotspot functionality missing but menu choices present, updates are Ford only in UK elsewhere USB upgrade. Applink poorly / not supported Spotify mentioned on Ford website not working for me.
Voice control - actually works this time, addresses interpreted well,
Nav - TMC is dated these days, never routes around delays. GUI a bit dated but effective.
Engine a bit weak in 1st, needs revs, smooth 1st to 2nd hard to judge (1 month in)
