2.2 tdci Zetec

Lovely car to drive on the motorway, with plenty of torque for overtaking.

My Mondeo has been a joy to drive, although i am constantly readjusting how i have parked - This is no doubt due to my car not having parking sensors. After nearly 2 years i am getting better!!
This car came with optional Half Leather Seats and the Zetec Sports pack, which consisted of Bigger wheels, Boot Spoiler and Uprated Suspension. I love all the options except the suspension when driving along a bumpy road, having said that on a smooth road it handles extremely well for a large car.
The car is now 3 years old, 26000 Miles and lucky for me serviced it while it was still in warranty last week.
On the service they found the Crank Shaft Rear Main Oil Seal had gone - Major job to repair. The warranty has covered this. Also one of the rear speakers had blown which was also changed under the warranty.
The only other issues i have had are when driving on the motorway and trying to set the Cruise Control, Very occasionally it just does not work?? Yet the next time i use it on a different journey it will be ok??
On a run MPG is usually around 40mpg, but i average 34mpg as the car is used mainly around town.
