DO NOT BUY THIS CAR WITHOUT WARRANTY.

So far the worst car I've had ever and I've owned some pups. Lets start with the known faults Ford knew about and just let through. Oil leaks form the cam cover are very common and reported on all years so far. Rear engine mounts disintegrate after a couple of fast launches ( the car has performance pack but the engine mounts are just not up to the stress. The wheel hop and subsequent clunking from the front is very scary. I've seen people on their third or fourth mount. Windscreen crack reported by loads of people and I've found reports of turbo faults, steering rack clicks, brakes knocking and brake pads gone after less than 6k mile done. Exhaust valves sticking and buzzing and now for the rattling. Reported are rattling from both doors and both windows and from the panoramic roof especially when its cold outside and rattles from under the dash. The handbrake is woeful unable to prevent roll back on anything more than a gentle slope. Both doors have a retractable edge protector but these will fail within the first year. The car has three driving modes and it feels like a 1.0 micra in normal mode. Start stop is intermittent in the summer and non existent in the winter. The synce 3 system freezes and the will not update via wi-fi. The updates provided by Ford also cause the sync 3 to freeze up. Can I also add Ford deny knowledge of any of these faults. MPG is at best urban 32 driving at all speed limits.A quick google will find many unhappy owners.
