Reliable, easy and comfortable to drive, and well just fun(ny)!

First time buyer of a non European made car, so a little apprehensive. Has proved to be very reliable with no issues are even minor mechanical niggles. The Yokohama tyres give a soft ride and good grip, and 20,000 to 25,000 between tyre changes - worth it for the comfort. You either like the look or you don't ... but either way I still get lots of looks from other motorists.
No costs incurred apart from yearly service and consumables. However watch out for spares costs - the rear wiper blade from a Daihatsu dealer was quoted at £31. I sourced a perfectly satisfactory one via eBay for £8.
Intend keeping the car until it collapses in a heap.
