Terrible pedal ergonamics

Ok so a corporate hire car ,rather than a purchase .Nice perky engine. good road manners , decent cabin , economy great. Safety rating worrying if Im truthfull Gearbox change is a bit of a dog imho .
Biggest issue is the pedal ergonamics are terrible , the accelerator pedal is inches lower than the brake or Clutch pedal height so you cant glide your right foot across to brake .Right foot needs to be lifted significantly and then applied .I have a gippy right hip so absolute agony on a 500 mile drive, Also the pedals are close together so feet can interfere with one another. I have never driven another a car with this issue and I have narrow feet , it smacks of cost cutting with the RHD conversion. Cant say if the Clio donor chassis suffers the same.
So If buying one test drive properly and fully to ensure the driving position suits you , it certainly doesnt suit me. I would never buy one on this basis at any price.
