335i with economy and KERS plus Q car image at bargain price.

After looking to buy a diesel 320d auto and deciding I couldn't live with a 4 pot diesel.
I began seeing the activehybrid cars at similar prices only with almost £10,000 of extras like electric memory seats park assist etc all at the same price.
So I was able to buy an active hybrid car with a list price of £50,000 for under £30,000 and only 12 months old! Incredible value for money!
The press review of the hybrid miss the point it's not a pure economy vehicle it's about luxury and performance with subtle looks. The ride is more comfortable than regular BMWs setup more for city roads which is ideal here in the pot hole capital of Europe.
But once out on the open road wow it's a high performance car with the electric motor giving the excellent 6 cylinder N55 twin turbo petrol engine another 40hp ! making it outperform the standard 335i. Only BMW would do this "ie make a performance hybrid car."
New they make little sense but on the secondhand market they can be cheaper than a standard 335i and loaded with more extras!

On electric in slow moving traffic it moves on electric power alone which makes city progress quite and refined limo like.

A genuinely excellent technological masterpiece by BMW which adds another dimension to the driving experience.

Add in 5 year warranty for the hybrid bits and 3 year warranty on everything else with a £425 5 year service package it's no risk compared to the non hybrid cars.

That glorious 6 cylinder Petrol engine is worth having I#d forget the 4 pot and 6 pot diesels unless you're doing a 1,000+ miles a month.
