Car has had its faults and poor dealer attitude

Within a month developed a fault whereby automatic gearlever would not move from drive to park, freed by moving lever backwards and forwards a few times. In at Audi dealer's twice with no solution even suggested it was my driving. After 3 months key would not come out of ignition. Dealer found problem (a loose wire) and at the same time solved initial problem noticing a rattle which was a badly fitting part near the gear lever selector base. Replaced and problem solved. At just over 3 years had two faults (luckily I had purchased additional warranty). Whilst in garage dealer rang up and said they had noticed I needed new brake discs -WHAT AT 24500 MILES. Engineer said the discs were scored, I said to go ahead but give me the old ones. What a con. Front discs surface very good, back discs still very servicable. Will persue this though Motor Agents Assoc.
