Published 13 May 2014

Skoda has launched the good looking Monte Carlo version of its Citigo. It gets black alloy wheels, side strips, a black front and rear spoiler plus black grille and mirrors along with lowered suspension to give the Citigo a sporty edge.

The three-door version costs £10,590 while the five-door is £10,490 and both come with the 1.0-litre 60PS engine with the standard five-speed gearbox.

The Monte Carlo is based on the mid-range SE trim and inside there are extras such as a sports steering wheel along with Monte Carlo red and black upholstery. Also standard is Skoda's Portable Infotainment Device which includes navigation, trip and vehicle information, Bluetooth and a media player.
