2003 1.9 standard immob and alarm - White_wolf
is this a catagory 1 alarm - the standard fit alarm?


I'm asking as have got my mates new insurance policy and it states its an unspecified cat 1 alarm - so looking onto the internet and it says it is...


Does the insurance need to look at it or do I need to tell them over the phone to correct it?

If factory fit alarm and immobilser, then generally yes, it'll be cat 1 thatcham approved.

If immobiliser only, then generally cat 2.
