Oh dear!! Beat this!!. I just had to share it.

I was behind a new Audi A4? convertable, with the top down, in Kingston SW London.

Red and white dangle on the rear view mirror
Red and white ribbons on the door mirrors.
Red and white stickers on the boot lid and back.
Red and white probably on other surfaces.
No flags flying cos all the windows were down to show off the driver.



and the registration was R O O 6 N E Y.


Mods please move this to a sad corner after a few have read it and have groaned.

Well today i noticed that the fairly tidy Morris Minor that lives down my street is now sporting a large st george cross flag on the doors.

Some people really have no taste.

Taste? Nothing to do with it.

Flags, and we get a lot of Portuguese ones as well I think at this end of town, are gleeful anti-taste.

And none the worse for it IMFFHO.

Thought that you were talking about the revolutionary Brabham F1 cart that sucked itself down on to the track.
Talking of suckers, a brief survey today reveals only 1 in 50 cars fly the English flag.
Seems as lot more usually.

I've seen that car somewhere, can't remember where now, but definately an Audi convertable. Possibly at a service station off the M6.
