Skoda console lights

Skoda console lights - borasport20
The lights on the heater/blower switches on my Octavia have failed, and I presume it is a bulb that's gone.

Anybody know how to get at the back of the console to check ?

If its the same assembly as a 2001MY polo the bulb is behind the central rotary switch. IIRC, you carefully remove the trim, pull off the knob and change the bulb. There is a post last year from me describing how to do it in more detail.

Joe - thanks for that. I've just nipped out at work and looked at a colleagues 2000 Polo, and the dashboard is quite different
