Can my daughter build up no-claims as a named driver on my wife's Honda Civic's policy?

My daughter will start to learn to drive and will use my wife's Honda Civic. Is there a company which will enable her to start to build up no-claims bonus as a named driver?

No. The car would have to be insured in her name. But putting both you and your wife as named drivers on the same policy will reduce the premium because in underwriting terms it reduces the risk.
