The roads near me are very narrow - if a truck hits me on my side of the road, who's at fault?

I live in the country with narrow roads. The trucks that use the roads are so big that sometimes they drive across my half of the road, forcing me to avoid them. If one hits me on my side of the road, who is at fault? I have a dash camera fitted.

If the truck is over the centre line and there is no space for you to "reasonably" pull over to avoid it, the truck driver is at fault. If you merely assert your "right" to fully occupy your side of the road when there is a metre to spare on your nearside then you are at fault for being unreasonable.

What front and rear dash cams, which are simple to setup and use, would you recommend?
I would like to buy a dash cam, paying a maximum of £100. Could you recommend one, please? I want one that will record decent images in all light situations.
