My insurance company won't pay out because my car was stolen outside my house, not from my garage.

On my insurance policy it states that my car is parked in my garage overnight. However, on the day my car was stolen it was parked on the road outside my house. Would this stop insurance company paying out?

Not if you can prove that it is usually parked in your garage, which you cannot do if the garage is full of other stuff.
