Why won't my Vauxhall Zafira's fog lamps or air conditioning work?

I have a 2002 Vauxhall Zafira 1.8 petrol and it has three faults. The front fog lamps don't work. They are fitted and plugged in. Also, the rear fog lamps don't work - I have checked and replaced the bulbs. Finally, the air conditioning is not working and the compressor will not cut in. I've checked and replaced the fuses as needed, and the bulbs.

The fog lamp problems are wiring faults. The air conditioning fault may be the a/c compressor clutch or the compressor itself.
