Can I claim under warranty for a broken flywheel?

I've owned my 2009 Nissan Qashqai for three weeks with warranty but the fly wheel has gone. Can I claim anything as I've had to get a new clutch and fly wheel?

If you bought it from a dealer, the dealer is liable: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/ The warranty insurer is not liable because the fault obviously pre-existed the warranty.
