How on earth do you change the whole headlight assembly on the Renault Grand Scenic?

How on earth do you change the whole headlight assembly on the Renault Grand Scenic? We have removed some of the nuts and bolts but cant seem to get the thing out to change it. Are there some underneath? Where are they? We are hoping to God we don't need to take the bumper off.

We think that you do have to remove the bumper and have put a link in to show how easy it is to remove
