How much are my BMW winter wheels and tyres worth?

I am downsizing from my BMW X3 F25 to a BMW X1 and have the following items to sell: A set of four genuine BMW X3 F25 17-inch 7.5J alloy wheels fitted with Dunlop Winter Sport 225/60 R17 tyres with 6mm tread, all in excellent condition.

Please could you advise me what is a reasonable sale value and what is the best/easiest way to effect a sale?
