Can I fit smaller wheels to my Audi Q7?

My Audi Q7 has 20-inch wheels and 285/45 R20 tyres as an optional extra. Is it possible to change back to the standard 19-inch wheels with 255/55 R19 tyres without needing any expensive factory re-programming of the car's electronics or other on-board systems?

I don't see why not. It's possible that the steering angle sensor will need to be re-set but that's all.
