Need a 4x4 with comfortable seats - what do you recommend?

Can you tell me which four-wheel drive vehicle has the most comfortable and pliable ride for a driver with back pain problems?

Probably a BMW X3 satndard SE model in 17 inch wheels with 60 profile tyres. Definitely not an M-Sport.
