Can I fit all season tyres to my BMW X3?

My 2013 BMW X3 ill be due new tyres shortly. It uses 225/60/17V, currently Pirelli P7, which have lasted 40k miles. BMW say my transmission warranty will be void if I don't fit star rated tyres but my warranty expires in July. Can I change to H rated all season tyres or should I just stick to what is on the car already?

40k miles is an excellent mileage and testament to the car's four wheel drive set up and perfect alignment. Nokian does runflats that size and Weatherproof non runflat all season tyres. Michelin does non runflat Cross Climated that ride particularly well. Pirelli doesn't do Scorpion Verde all weather runflats that size.
