Oil leak shortly after purchase

I have recently purchased a Kangoo 2004 automatic petrol. Within a few days of purchase the car started losing oil with lots of smoke. Diagnosed as oil pressure switch and because car had been standing for sometime they thought it was a gasket that had hardened,so the put some sealer in the oil to help. That was just over a week ago car still losing oil and smoking intermittently. Have reported this to both dealer and garage. Not sure what to do next as both will take me outside my 30 period?

If you bought the car since 1st October, use the Consumer Rights Act to back it on the supplying dealer for a full refund. Unfortunately, this is a rare car, so replacing it will not be easy.
