Bought wrong car - help!

Today I bought on PCP a Ford B-MAX 1.0 Ecoboost 2013, 7k miles, £10.5k. Paid 2k deposit. But I think I'd be better off with a Nissan Qashqai. I've seen one at the dealership for the same company. Can I return and exchange and pay any additional costs?

Not unless there is a fault with the B-MAX, but if there is a fault, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (effective 1-10-2015), in theory you can. Do it as fast as possible, before the dealer has sent the documentation to the DVLA because if he has he will resist your action because of the enormous inconvenience and cost: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
