Which city car is best for £10k?

I'm thinking about buying a new city car. I usually do around 600 miles per month, mostly urban routes with lots of "stop and go" traffic and red lights. I can't pay more than £10,000, but it needs to be brand new. Also, air-con, MP3 stereo, traction control, ESP and ABS are a must. , abs, are a must.Thank you.

I've narrowed down my choice to KIA Picanto, Hyundai i10 and Skoda Citigo. Which car(s) would you recommend?

All of these, plus Toyota Aygo, Peugeot 108, Citroen C1, Renault Twingo and maybe even the new Vauxhall Viva

Which cars would you recommend for young drivers?
I haven't driven in 20 years. Now I have moved to the Netherlands and need a small car that is small, easy to drive and easy to parallel park, mostly for the school run, but also so we can do some driving...
What would you advise is the best small car to buy? Such as the Nissan Note/Micra, Peugeot 108, Hyundai i10, Kia Picanto, or Vauxhall Corsa. The car would cover approx 6000 miles per year on short journeys.
