Selling our Micra

I am 82 and my wife is 78. We both dislike driving and would like to sell our 2011 Nissan Micra Visia CVT.

I pay £110 annual tax, £205 insurance and £105 service. We do about 6000 miles a year.

How much would we raise on the sale and save on the annual expenses?

We would like to cover short taxi rides three or four times a week - no more than 2 miles each.

And where is the best place to sell the car on the Isle of Wight?

Two options, neither on the Isle of Wight. One is BCA's www.webuyanycar.com who will give you an only one quotation. The other is www.sure-sell.info , also run by BCA, where you take a gamble but might get a higher price. Today's valuations here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/used-prices/Nissan/Micra/2011...c
