Can I fit non run flats to my 320d?

I'm thinking of buying a BMW 320d - 2010 model. I had an earlier version previously, but hated the run flat tyres. The ride much too harsh, vehicle tram lined badly and types are very expensive. Can they be swapped for conventional tyres without any problems?

It probably wasn't the fact that the tyres were runflats, but that they were too low profile. Runflats are life savers on motorways (you don't have to stop), so I never recommend replacing them.
