Do I need to adjust my car's headlights for driving in Europe?

The handbook for my 2014 Mercedes-Benz B-Class alludes that the headlights are aligned centrally and therefore do not need any adjustment for use on the continent; however, I can't get a direct answer from my local dealer. The lights are not of the halogen type.

Can you please confirm if I need to adjust them for a holiday in France or even replace them when we go there to live next year?

Wait until it gets dark, point your car at a wall or a garage door, then try the lights on full and on dipped beam. If they dip downwards, okay. If they dip to the left, not okay.
