Hi HJ, you recently replied to a question about Jaguar's seven day complimentary insurance. According to the Jaguar web site,

"Complimentary 7 Day Insurance

Buy a new or used vehicle from a Jaguar dealership and we’ll give you Complimentary 7 Day Insurance. You will also receive an annual quote. Ask your dealer for details or call 0800 197 8967"

It does look as though the cover is automatic.

Many thanks for that. A reader is having terrible problems because, having been promised the 7 day insurance, and having had a crash within 18 hours of buying the car, the Jaguar dealer is denying he was insured. I'll get back to him with the content of your post.
