Buying a used, low mileage car - any pitfalls?

I am considering changing my 2010 Lexus for a 2012 IS250. Price is £17,975 and mileage is 2881. Is this a good deal?

Nice, quiet car. Presumably you know the model. Better on 16 or 17-inchwheels than on 18s because the ride deteriorates badly.
