I need to replace my Clio with an automatic - should I go for another Clio or try something else?
I love my 2003 1.2-litre 3-door Clio and have had Renaults for the past 10 years or so (Clios and a Scenic for a while). Due to a problem with my left hip I now need an automatic car, and am open to something completely different - or not, as the case may be. I'd like to stick to something similar in size, as parking where I live is a challenge. I'd also like five doors. I do a fair bit of town and motorway driving, sometimes 900-1000 miles a month. The choice in the market is so bewildering I wondered if you had any recommendations. I could spend around £8000, or more for something really special. Doesn't have to be brand new. Any ideas?

The Nissan Micra auto, Nissan Note auto or the new Hyundai i10 1.2 auto.
