Can you recommend a large cruising MPV for a family?

I am a car nut with a Porsche Cayenne Turbo, a Ferrari F360 in the garage and an Alfa 4C on order. We have a 2-year-old and the Cayenne is great for him: big boot, luxurious and good on the motorway. We live in London but our families are in Wolverhampton so we are regulars on the M40. My wife is now expecting twins and I'm thinking of swapping the Cayenne for a dreaded MPV. What car can fit three kids' seats in the back, a double buggy and other gubbins in the boot but still make the M40 trip an easy cruise? Budget isn't an issue but I prefer good secondhand to new, as I can't stand the depreciation.

The only 7-seater sports car I know of, with three separate sliding seats across the centre row, is the Ford S-Max 2.0i EcoBoost 240 Powershift. It's not a Cayenne Turbo or a Ferrari 360 but is still a surprisingly good drive. There’s a new S-Max coming in September.
