Fitting smaller wheels to a Kia Rio?

What would be the correct size tyres and rims if I want to replace my Kia Rio 17 inch 4 stud alloys with 15 inch items - and could you suggest where to get them from?

I am told this would improve the ride and reduce the road noise and would be better for my back as well.

The Basic Rio has 15” steel wheels with 185/65 R15 tyres (see: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/kia/kia-rio-2011-r...s) But it might be cheaper to get the wheels and tyres from www.tyremen.co.uk
