Is this Audi Quattro too good to be true?

My daughter-in-law wrote off her trusty Honda Jazz recently and is looking for a replacement. They now have a one-year-old child with another on the way, thus they are looking to replace with a roomier car with a big boot for family luggage. They have seen the advert for a 2009 Audi Q5 3.0 TDI Quattro that will have to be driven from Northern Ireland. It has done 40,000 miles and the price is £14,600. Is this a good buy? Would you recommend any other alternatives?
