Updating an Audi A4 Sat Nav?

I have a Audi A4 with sat nav RNS-E we are going to France for our holidays and I would like to update the system as it is not very good, Audi charge about £250 plus ( I could buy a stand alone sat nav for half the price).

I have been on the web and found a company called AUDINAV.co.uk who sell the update DVD for about £40. Have you heard of them, is this legal? Is this a big risk to the unit, and if it's OK could you recommend a company?

Don;t know them. Wary of recommendeing any satnav updates. May be kosher. May be pirated copies. You take that risk.
