Driving in France - can I get it in France?

I will driving in France in the near future. I currently use Shell V Power petrol. Please would you advise what the equivalent grade is called in France, and do most fuel stations stock it?

Do the 'motorway' service stations inflate the prices of fuel as they do in this country?
