What is high mileage for a Hybrid?

What would be considered high mileage for a hybrid car - are 100,000+ mileage cars a good buy?

Surprisingly, yes. Prius IIs are getting to 400,000 miles plus with very little trouble because the drivetrain is so simple and unstressed.
