Should my used car have been supplied with an owner's manual?
I bought a Ford Focus Zetec 1.0 EcoBoost but was not supplied with a manual (I was told by the dealership that they no longer provided them). Checking online neither does it seem online versions are available. I am trying to determine if the exterior mirrors are a powerfold version - or manual - or do they actually fold at all?

On the 2021 Ford Focus powerfold door mirrors were standard equipment on Titanium models and above, so the Zetec trim will not have them fitted. You can download a copy of the owner's manual from the Ford website here - www.ford.co.uk/support/owner-manuals. This generation of Focus would have come with an owner's manual from new, so it is possible that the original owner neglected to leave it in the vehicle when it was sold. There is no obligation for the dealer to provide a manual.
