Can I transfer NCB earned in another country?

My son in law will be moving from Texas later this year. He has 10 NCB with his car insurance company. Will he be able to transfer his no claims bonus to his insurance company here?

Some UK insurers may not be able to transfer No Claims Bonuses from abroad such as the US. However it is best to check with the insurer he chooses when he sets up his insurance in the UK as some providers may be more flexible.
