What are my rights regarding a recurring fault?

Bought a brand new Jag XF in March 2010, since April 2011 the car has been back to dealer three times for an intermittent electrical fault which causes absolutely everything to stop working. The first time the fault was traced to passenger side seat electrics and a part replaced. Second time the fault had corrected itself by the time it got to dealer and they could find no fault, third time, again, fault had corrected itself by the time it got to dealer but they did find a fault with an earth wire.

The car isn't used much (still less than 6k on the clock) but when it is used it is for business so a real pain when it stops working. Plus when it happens the car is locked in park with the electronic parking brake and steering lock also engaged, meaning I have to be careful where I park so that if it happens again an engineer can get a recovery truck into it.

Very happy with Jaguar service so far but starting to loose faith in my particular car. Hopefully car is fixed this time but looking for advice on my rights should fault reoccur again.
