Is it safe to have a spacesaver wheel that's a different size?

I need to get a space saver wheel for my SEAT Arona SE Technology that has 17-inch wheel but I can only find 18-inch wheels. Would that be ok?

An 18-inch wheel would be usable as a temporary spare, as is the case for all space savers. It's only for emergencies to get you home or to somewhere than can replace your tyre.
