Spare space saver wheels? Are they a worthwhile purchase?

Space saver spare wheels can provide an additional level of reassurance if your vehicle is currently fitted with run flat tyres or an emergency repair kit. The chances of suffering a puncture are relatively low, but if you do not have breakdown cover then a space saver may be a sensible option.
