Found wanting

I purchased a new Ssangyong Kyron EX from Chandlers of Grantham for £12,000. It says on the invoice that I do not get 5 years free servicing and warranty. When I contacted Ssangyong to ask about this they said because Ssangyong matched the price Motorpoint was offering, this would not apply. Is this legal, as on their website it says all Ssangyongs bought between April and end of June qualify for 5 years free servicing and warranty. I wonder if you could look into this for me?

You bought the car on a different deal from the one that included 5 years servicing and saved more than £6,000 on the list price. You asked the dealer to match Motorpoint's deal. He did. Motorpoint's deal did not include 5 years servicing.
