What's the best used SUV?

What is the most economical, automatic, small SUV for me? I will be buying secondhand and have a budget of £8000.

I would probably go with the old-shape Honda CR-V. Very comfortable and easy to drive. The automatic has a good reputation for reliability: www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar/honda/cr-v-2012
