Scammer raise

In the last few days I have taken two calls from Online Claims (via an Indian call centre) about a recent accident involving a car registered at my address. There has been no such accident so this seems suspicious. Do you think I should be worried and how can I investigate further?

Your car might have been cloned. Please alert Anne Staunton (Anne.Staunton@peak-marketing.co.uk), who represents the Claims and Underwriting Exchange, which is investigating illegal use of its data. And all such cases should be reported to the claims regulators: www.www.cueuk.org; www.ico.gov.uk; www.claimsregulation.gov.uk
