Despite the multi million pound taxation system that motorists endure, British roads are a nightmare of dangerous potholes. Our local authority has come up with a cash saving idea. Instead of carrying out repairs they harvest the debris from the potholes and use the material to build speed cushions every 10 yards.

Actually, they used government (taxpayers) money that should have been used for maintaining the roads to build speed humps. That's socialist government for you. Waste the money on something viciously anti-motorist, then have nothing left to repair the roads.
