  hi all ii have a 96 mk4 ford fiesta and i changed the seats for mk5 ford fiesta zetec s seats i replaced the mk4 female side of the seat connectorss with the mk5 zetec ones but my airbag light is flashing in groups of 4  , i have read since that i should have changed the pretensiors on the seats but this isnot a option as i dont have the original seats any more , what do i need to do to stop the air bag light from flashing, thanks

  A few days ago somebody posted a question concerning what was the best rpm for Max fuel consumption? I replied that, so far as I was aware, it was the rpm at which max torque is developed and added that this might be hard to find out. I have since found that the torque figure and the rpm at which it occurs is printed the New Cars Tech Spec section of Wh*t Car each month.

  I've just taken delivery of a newish Ford, and was surprised by the lack of a petrol locking cap.  The fuel flap can be opened without a key or inside cab release leaver, albeit there appears to be a strong spring door that will only allow the right fuel nozzle in.

  needing help . i have managed to put key into washing machine and unfortunately it no longer works , fords want £150 for key and reprogram alarm . i can't afford to get done , does anyone know how to bypass alarm so i can use car. it is a radio frequency key not infra red....
