  I'm looking to buy a nearly new C-Max 2.0TDCi at auction. I've subscribed to ADT's Auctionview service and nearly all the suitable vehicles are closed sales and/or at the opposite end of the country (My nearest ADT site is Blackbushe).

  Can anyone tell me if the current mileage on my van will show on a replacement used speedo,in other words,is it recorded in the vehicles brain(ecu)or will the replacement gauges unit show the actual mileage it had recorded on it,s original van,hope someone can help...thanks in advance if you can.

  hi all its been a while. just bought a mondeo zetec s tdci and the steerings got a stiff spot when in the straight position. ive had it on two poster lift and turned the steering using the road wheels and it feels smooth. the fluids at correct level, could it be steering rack?

  offered the chance to change my alloys from 225/40zr/18's to jaguar spec 245/45zr/17. Concerned over the additional width more than anything else as the actual circumference difference is within the accepted tolerance of +-2.5%. Additionally I take it that my insurance firm will also have a fit ?!

  Hi, Would appreciate a little help - this will be a familiar story for you lot but looks like I'm leaking coolant/anti-freeze. It seems that I can go 50 miles or 200 miles and notice about the same amount of leakage (from max to quarter full) - it's never gone below that but I guess that's because I don't let it. My old man advised me to use Radweld, I trust him with all things cars so went and got a bottle, chucked it in with the coolant and ran the engine on idle for 20 minutes.
