Having 3 teenagers (almost - youngest is 12) in the family, I've pretty much settled on a 2006-2015 (the previous model) S-MAX Titanium X. Would like to get as new as possible, buget allowing. Question is, should I go for the 2.0 Diesel or the 2.0 petrol? Have done the math with my average 9.5-10k anual mileage + road tax and the petrol is coming in at around £600 more per year to run over the diesel. -

I was wondering if anyone's got any advice, We are thinking of buying a 57reg ford s max and when we took it for a test drive I noticed that there's a gap between the dashboard and the small window at the front next to the windscreen. It's not like that on the other side and not sure if it's anything to worry about. -

I would really appreciate your advice and thoughts on this. I want to buy a 1600tdci cmax, 2015 with about 40k on it. Ithe will be used as a taxi. I love the cmax for its comfort but I have read that the 1600 pug engine has injector issues which lead to blowing the turbo. Do you know if this has been resolved prior to 2015? -

Ford C Max 2015 125ps Ecoboost - Bluetooth only connects occasionally on C Max 7 Mar 2017 (Forum)
Just a few words to let owners of the above car know that models fitted with Sync1 can have a bluetooth connection issue. The solution under warantee is for a non-Ford cable to be fitted to the car. This will require the car to be with the service agent for one day, as it involves modifications to the vehicles wiring system by a external specialist. It is possible that this could effect some Focus models as well. -

In the market for a 2006-2008 S-Max 2.0 TDCi, my mileage/journeys justifies a diesel and I know the Ford DPFs are no too troublesome, but I would still prefer to avoid a DPF car if the choice is there, anyone have any definitive idea of which ones do/don't? -

Hello I have a 2011 S-max with 225/50r17 wheels on it. I am off skiing in Feb and have a set of steel wheels with winter tyres on from my old Mondeo. They are 215/55r16. Can I put these on my S-max ok? Thanks -

I have just switched from a 09 mondeo to an 11 S-max. I wondered whether the 215/55-16 winter tyres I have on steels would fit my S-max? It's currently on 225/50-17. I know there may be a small error in the speedo reading, but other that that would it be ok? -
