  Can anyone give me some advice on what brake discs i should consider. I would like better braking from my SAAB 900 Turbo, can anyone recommend a particular disc make, or disc and pad combo. Any help would be appreciated.

  I have a 2002 Passat , I have had the ABS and ESP lights coming up , and Engine Workshop also . when looked at on the computer the faults are shown as "implausible" . I noticed that the brake lights don't work ? One of the bulbs was out , on replacing it they still don't work , I heard these alarms and brake light faults are related???

  The brake lights on my 04 Arosa come on by themselves, usually at night, this morning I came to start the car a the battery was flat, my wife told me they were on when she went to work. I have looked at the brake light switch and give it a squirt of WD40.

  A couple of weeks ago we had the brake pads and discs changed on a 1996 Renault Clio, my partner has driven it fior the past 2-3 weeks when i got in today and there was a tremendous squeeking every time i put my foot on the brake. It seems as if these have not been bed in, has anyone any tips?

  Hello - The brake lights dont come on until I've pressed the brake almost all the way down.   I have just realised that two of my brake lights are not working, the high one in the middle top of my rear window works fine but the left and right ones are not working when I brake but they work fine as lights when not braking so I assume the bulbs are OK.

  I took it for the 12000 miles service yesterday. I mentioned to the garage there was a wobble when braking from high speed. They changed the brake pads AND disks. Is this normal? What could cause pads and disks to fail so quickly? (I am normally quite light in my use of brakes)... Regards Pascal

  i changed the rear brake pads on my sons 03 mondeo 1800cc.before i changed them the hand brake lever came up 4 clicks, after i changed them the hand brake came all the way up and just about locks the back wheels is the any adjustment and why was it working ok untill i put new pads on any help please.
