  Can anyone assist. Hope its a simple fix.  Rear windscreen wiper just stopped working -washer still working ok. Checked fuse by drivers door post behind pull down flap and ok (think on same circuit as front windscreen wiper). Think there may be a dedicated rear windscreen wiper relay as well but cannot locate this.

  My French pal's Clio windscreen washers don't work.  I thought it might be something simple like blocked jets or a blown fuse, but sadly not.   We have inspected the fuse which looks fine - even swapped it for another just to check it.

  Hello, The pull mechanism on the stalk should operate the front windscreen wash and set off the wipers for 3 or 4 wipes, however, it sets off the wipers but no screen wash, all the other operations work on the stalk. The rear wash works but when the stalk is pulled for the front wash no pump noise can be heard.

  Picked up my 04 Estate as a runabout whilst I took my Golf off the road last year. It's just about to hit 110k, runs fine, but I'm quite OCD regarding my cars running right.  I've noticed this problem appearing when pulling up to junctions or coming to a stop, there will be a judder, the revs will drop, it won't cut out...yet. Also, when I put a load on the engine, say high blower & front heated windscreen it will judder and the lights will flicker.

  Hi all,  Yesterday, during a long drive from Manchester to York, I stopped off at a service station in Leeds to get food, when I set off  again, I switched on the windscreen heater & blower due to the adverse weather misting the windscreen, however, without the front vents being switched on, the air was coming out of the front vents and nothing out of the windscreen vents not even the actual windscreen heaters were working either.

  Hi everyone I was just wondering if anyone who have used heated ice scrapers give me there opinions on them, I'm thinking to buy one however a friend of mine reckons they are not effective, as winter is coming I Want to be prepared (even had a bout of frost today and took about 5mins scraping to clear), I dont really want to go down the route of pouring warm (not hot) water on my windscreen etc and this looked ideal.

  Today, after driving about 60 miles on the motorway, I heard a odd 'wind rushing' noise from the car - as if the window was open, although all were closed. Anyway, it turned out that the surround above the front windscreen is a bit loose - presumably a goodly bit of high-speed driving and wind did the rest!

  I have a 52 plate Corsa 1.2 The front windscreen wipers stop in different positions, not as they should at the bottom of the screen when the wipers are used and turned off. Do I need to fit a new windscreen wiper relay? If so, is it a main dealer purchase or can one be obtained from an accessory shop?
